All existing claims utilize one of the nine statuses in the status box. Note that not all 9 statuses may apply as it is determined by client usage. Completion Date:

A filtered view of completed claims can be applied using the 'Completion Date' fields. The box on the left sets the (Search from) date, and the box on the right sets the (Search until) date. By default, the Completion Date is set to pull all claims within a 60-day period from the date the search is performed.

To change the date range, click each box, delete the pre-populated text and enter the new desired date ranges. To search for a 24-hour period, enter the same date in both boxes.

Search Button:

The Completion Date and the Status fields work together to provide a filtered view of all claims. Clicking the search button will populate all claims of the specified date range with the same Status Code selected in the Status field.

Reading the Search Results:

Once the search button has been pressed, HUB will display all claims matching the search criteria, grouping like items together.

Example: All claims with the same service ctr number will be grouped into a cluster as well as all claims with the same dispatch ticket number will be grouped.

Claims can be reordered by columns by clicking the green header title from the identifier bar.

Opening a Claim

Once the desired claim has been located, open it by clicking the green claim number of the desired claim.
