Data Entry of New and Existing Claim:

The information found in a claim is organized into one of the following 7 sections.

Claim Information -


Provides general information about a claim, such as contract numbers related to a claim.

Model Information -


Details surrounding the devices on which work had been performed.

Customer Information -


Contact information of the customer who submitted service request.

Dealer Information -


Details stock parts and dealer information

Repair Information -


This provided details on the work performed by the servicers and the customers notes on the original issue

Part Information -


Details about parts used including quantity and part number.

Charges -


The amount of money spent on the job performed to be reimbursed

Submitting a Claim:

Once all fields have been filled out as desired, click the green submit button at the bottom of the claims data editing page. This will refresh the view and open the finalized claims document view.
