Overview

The Service Offering section sets the rules on how an appointment can be booked.

Offers Date and Time Appointments:
This will provide a list of available slots for the customer.
Servicer Will Schedule with the Customer:
The servicer contacts the customer requesting service, to set up an appointment.
Must call Servicer for Appointments:
Once the request has been made by the customer, they then must call the servicer to book an appointment.

How to Edit Service Offerings:

From the edit page, scroll to the top to locate Service Offerings.
Choose one of the listed options by clicking on the radial button to the left.
If no other edit is required, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue Save button to return to the summary page.
