Overview: This option defines the parameters in which appointments can be requested for booking. This option also allows for the definition of the holidays observed by an organization.
The settings in the Availability option are global, applying to the entire organization. They also directly affect how work orders are scheduled. It is essential to ensure all data input in Availability is accurate. Any data that is out of line from business operations could result in missing critical bookings.
Summary Page: Clicking on any sub-options listed under Availability will open the Availability page. This page shows the current global configuration for when and how appointments can be booked into the system. HUB has included the ability to view the previous, present, and next year by clicking on the year above the displayed holiday schedule on the left.
To change these settings, click the blue Edit button at the bottom of the page.
Sub-Options: Availability includes four sub-options.. Service Offerings, Time Bands, Cut-off Time, and Holidays, which can be found by clicking the drop-down arrow on the right. When clicked, each sub-option will navigate to the Availability configuration summary page, with the related options section being the closest to the top as possible. |
