The 'Business Profile' is where an organizations details live in ServicePower HUB. Information such as the point of contact, address, and servicer type can be found here.

The Business Profile option includes four sub-headers, with each header resolving to its corresponding section on the view-only page of the profile. (IE: clicking Point of Contact from the sub-menu options will open the profile view-only page)

The Business Profile option can also be accessed from HUB's dashboard in the first panel. It is one of four options required to build the organization's business profile and configure the settings. Once the profile has been created and saved, the profile progress bar will update.

It should be noted that the progress bar does not mean the information entered within the business profile is accurate. The status bar indicates how many required fields have been filled out. All data entered should be verified for accuracy by the user entering the data.

Once a business profile has been created, it can be edited anytime. From the Business Profile view only page, click the blue edit button at the bottom of the page. This will open the edit page where all fields, with the exception of the company number, can be changed.

Once all changes have been made, click on the blue save button at the bottom of the page to save and return to the view-only page. To return to the view-only page without saving, click the white cancel button to the left of the save button.
