The Line Item option is used to build a cost database of Parts, Labor, Products, Travel, Copays, and more, to itemize the costs applied to work orders.

Line Items List:The Line Items list can be accessed from the Main Menu by hovering the mouse over the third option, 'Line Item.' This will make the sub-option 'Line Item List' visible. Once the sub-option is visible, click on the button to launch the Line Item List page. New Line Item:There are two methods to reach the New Line Item page.
Method 1 - From any page within HUB, move the cursor and hover over the 'Line Items' Option in the main menu. When the 'Line Item List ' sub-option appears, move the cursor and hover over it, this will unhide the third sub-option, 'New Line Item.' Click on the sub-option to be directed to the New Line Item creation page.
Method 2 - The second way the 'New Line Item' page can be reached is from the 'Line Item List' page. Begin by opening the 'Line Item List' page . From the list page, click on the green button labeled '+New Line Items" to open the 'New Line Items' page.
Line Item Card:The final Line Item component is found within a work order. The card is available when creating a new work order or viewing/editing an existing one.
From Existing Work Order - Click and open any existing work order to locate the 'Line Item Card'. By default the card is located on the bottom left portion of the work order.
From New Work Order - Line Items can also be accessed when creating a new Work order. From a new work order page, the 'Line Item Card' is located at the bottom of the page.
