Here's a quick rundown of our latest updates and enhancements. Along the way, we also squashed some bugs and improved overall performance of ServicePower HUB.

Dispatch Office

We have added two options to view/edit the Dispatch Office for a given work order. From within a given work order, the Technician card will display a drop-down menu labeled:

  1. Technician Name

  2. Office Name

As always, you can click to edit the Technician card. For either field, the drop-down will display the current options as you have setup.

From the Work Order List screen, HUB allows you to add a column to display the office name for each work order. For help with adding/removing columns, see article link at the end of this section.

With the column added for Office Name, you now have additional functionality to quickly change the office for a given work order (see screenshot immediately below). For any work order, simply click on the office name to display a drop-down menu with the list of your dispatch offices. Select the appropriate office and then the checkmark at top right of the drop-down menu to complete the change. It's that easy! This shortcut allows you to make the change without opening the work order.

As always, you can export your work order list, which provides additional reporting that now includes the Dispatch Office for any/all work orders in your list.

Map It - Authorizations

We've enhanced the Map It option to load quicker and in a separate window. This will allow you to work with the map, even getting turn by turn directions, while still having access to HUB.

When clicking the Map It button, HUB will open the location using Google Maps. This will allow you to view or even map to the location if needed.

Type 2 Servicers

We've updated HUB to provide an exact match of client dispatched date and/or time range (or no date/time range). In the screenshot below, you will notice a mix of jobs that have a schedule date as it was dispatched but also work orders without date.

As you can see in the screenshot below, a job dispatched without a date and/or time will be left blank. You can easily schedule as needed by simply clicking the Edit button within the field.

Clicking the Edit button will take you to the Appointments page where you can add the desired date/time range. This corresponds to your existing settings in HUB.
