ServicePower HUB Release 2.1.8

Here's a quick summary of the latest updates and enhancements we've delivered in 2.1.8. We also squashed some bugs and continue to improve the overall performance of ServicePower HUB.

To help you better understand what information requires attention in your business profile, we've added a Profile Summary page. The Profile Summary provides a simple way to see if any of the following sections are incomplete: Profile, Time Bands, Brands, Products, Holidays. This page is accessible via Business Profile → Profile Summary.

We've updated the Getting Started carousel card (located on the right hand side of the dashboard) to bring you the latest news pertinent to your business.

We fixed an issue for Type 2 service organizations where the Work Order Aging Report was missing new calls that did not have an associated scheduled date.

As part of the performance improvements, it will now take seconds or minutes rather than hours to add new ZIP codes to your coverage areas.
