Here's a quick summary of the latest updates and enhancements we've delivered in 2.1.9. We also squashed some bugs and continue to improve the overall performance of ServicePower HUB.
Relax Capcha Requirement When Signing into HUB (Improved)
We've heard your requests and understand the frustration of constantly having to select those little images. We're happy to announce that we've greatly reduced the need to for you to provide Capcha input when logging into HUB! More often than not, you will no longer see the Capcha boxes... and when you do, they will be limited to the "I'm not a robot" checkbox.
Appointment Search Time Bands Now Reflect Capacity When Rescheduling (Improved)
We've updated the Appointment Search Page to accurately reflect your capacity when rescheduling calls. All time slots that have no capacity are now displayed in RED.
Now Able to Access Links within the Running Notes (New)
You now have the ability to access links via the Work Order → Running Notes section.

Improve ZIP Code Coverage Alerts and Visibility (Enhanced)
We are committed to enhance your experience when making changes to ZIP codes and network coverage. Specifically, we've now added alerts when you tap the Cancel or Save buttons so you gain better visibility as to what ZIP codes are being added to and removed from your coverage.

Call Taken Now Displayed within Work Order Details Card (Enhanced)
To provide you with a better user experience, the Call Taken date is now displayed within the Work Order Details Card.

Ability to Export All Network Coverage ZIPs or Only ZIPs in List (Improved)
You now have the ability to download all ZIP codes within a network, or simply download the ZIP codes displayed within the current view of the list.
