Additional Product Information Available within Work Order Export (IMPROVED)
There have been a number of requests for additional product information to be made within the work order export. We are excited to announce the following fields are now available for download:
Brand
Model
Serial Number
Cover All Areas in Selected Country Checkbox Temporarily Hidden (CHANGE)
Due to a number of reported accidental activations, we've temporarily hidden the Cover All Areas in Selected Country Checkbox for all service organizations who currently do not have this functionality disabled. This functionality will be moved to the company settings area in a fast follow-up release. If there is a need to enable this feature in the immediate future, please contact servicer support.
Remit To Field on Invoice and Estimate is Now the Servicer Address (ENHANCED)
We've modified the Remit To field on the invoice and estimate to reflect the servicer's address.
Complete and Submit Functionality Now Requires Completion Date (ENHANCED)
We've modified the Complete and Submit functionality for in network jobs to require a completion date. Therefore, the user will now see a calendar pop-up when when tapping the Complete and Submit Button.
Incomplete Calls Now Accurate within Work Order Aging Dashboard (FIXED)
We've fixed an issue in the Work Order Aging Dashboard for Incomplete Calls where the report wasn't taking into consideration calls that did not have a Planned Start Date.
