In ServicePower HUB some users may have associations with multiple networks that dispatch work to them. Those networks have specific configurations that may differ by network.


Redacted Info: Some networks will redact specific customer information like name, email, and phone number prior to the job being Accepted. In ServicePower HUB, when a network redacts certain customer information, that detail on the job will be blank until the job is Accepted by the user. Once the job has been Accepted, the page will refresh and all customer information will now be visible. Prior to the job being Accepted, the redacted customer information will also appear blank on the Work Order List view:
