The following is a step-by-step guide for how to order parts for COD jobs in ServicePower HUB.
Login > Orders > Work Orders > Select desired COD Work Order > Click on Parts Order in Product Detail card >
Select or Search for Brand >
Click the Change Model button to initiate the Model Search >
Search Model Number or Product Type (i.e. refrigerator, dryer, etc.) and click the Search button >
Find and select the Model Number or further narrow down the list via the Model Search >
Add a Qty to desired parts > Click Add to Order. You can also Search for part(s) using the exploded view >
Select an image to drill into exploded view >
Identify the requested part(s) and scroll down to select/add them to the order >
Tap Add to Order button to Add Part(s) to Order >
Additionally, you can hover over any of the numbers in the exploded view and if that part can be ordered, clicking on it will change the item list below to your specific part for easy Add To Order:
A confirmation message will appear when the part has been added to the order > Click Confirm Order when the part(s) have been added to the order >
Enter required shipping information and scroll down to review > Click Review Order button to review and complete order >
Review order and scroll down to complete > Click Place Order button to submit the order:
A confirmation message will be displayed when order has been successfully placed:
Ordered parts automatically show up within the Ordered Items card on the COD Work Order. Click the Move to Line Items (Action) button once they have been received and utilized as part of the service call:
