In ServicePower HUB, servicers have the ability to create multiple users who can access the Servicer Profile. When creating additional users it is required to assign the user a Role. These Roles have specific permissions tied to them. To review the Permissions associated with each Role, go to Company Settings > Roles & Permissions. The available roles to choose from are Admin, Manager, Planner, and Technician.
