Custom Order Type allows servicers to set the Order Type that will be made available to select from when creating a new COD Work Order. Servicers can create and manage their own custom Order Types in the Company Settings of ServicePower HUB.
To create/update a new Order Type go to Company Settings > Custom Order Type > Add > Provide a Name & Description > Save
To update or archive the record simply click on the name in the list view to edit or archive. *Note by archiving the record it will no longer be an option to choose from when creating a new work order.
