Custom COD Status allows servicers to set the Statuses that will be made available to select from when creating a new COD Work Order and updating it throughout the journey of the job. Servicers can create and manage their own custom COD Status in the Company Settings of ServicePower HUB.
To set the Statuses that will be available for COD jobs go to Company Settings > Custom Status > Add > Provide Name & Description > Save.
Once created the Status will be available in your COD Work Orders. To update COD Status select the desired work order > Click Edit on the Work Order Details card > Update via COD Job Status dropdown.
