To update your business' EFT & Tax ID information log into ServicePower HUB > Navigate to the main menu in the top right corner (three lines) next to your profile name> Account Menu> Claim Settings> EFT & Tax ID
Input all necessary data scroll down and save.
It is recommended to save the changes twice to ensure the information is updated correctly. If the page appears blank during this process, return to the dashboard and repeat these steps.
*NOTE: The validation process takes 3-5 business days. Once the information is updated and validated, all pending claims with W9 errors will automatically be submitted. If the issue is not resolved within this time, consider reaching out to HUB Support for further assistance.
If the bank rejects the bank information or routing number, the information inputted will be removed to allow re-entry with the appropriate data.
