To update your business' EFT & Tax ID information log into ServicePower HUB > Claims > More Menu > EFT & Tax ID
Input all necessary data scroll down and save.
*NOTE: It takes 24-48 hours for the information to process/update. Once the information is updated, all pending claims with W9 errors will automatically be submitted.
If the bank rejects the bank information or routing number, the information inputted will be removed to allow re-entry with the appropriate data.
