Here's a quick summary of the latest updates and enhancements we've delivered in 2.2.2. We also squashed some bugs and continue to improve the overall performance of ServicePower HUB.
Add Forced Booked Flag to Work Order List Screen w/ Filter (Improved)
You now have the ability to add the Forced Booked Flag as a column on the Work Order List screen and filter by that property if you'd like.

Changes to Area Name Now Persists (Fixed)
We fixed an issue where changes to the Area Name within the Workforce->Areas→Edit Area screen weren't persisting.

Entering in Phone Numbers is Now More User-Friendly (Improved)
All phone numbers entered within within HUB are done in a much more readable format where the hyphens are automatically displayed during entry.
Brands, Products & Industry Changes Bug Fix (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where changes to brands, products and industry settings weren't saving if they weren't being saved if they weren't on the currently displayed page.
Reschedule Job Bug Fix (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where where we are now only displaying network-specific time bands when rescheduling a job within that given network.
Technician Capacity Job Bug Fix (Fixed)
We fixed an issue where updating or deleting a holiday within HUB was not reflected in Tech capacity within Dispatch.
Checked In and Checked Out Now Available within Work Order List Export (Improved)
The Checked In and Checked Out fields are now available within the Work Order List Export.
Bulk ZIP Upload - Bug Fix (Fixed in 2.2.2.1 point release)
We've resolved an issue where, in some cases, the bulk ZIP uploads were failing to be added to the network when done from Coverage > Networks > Assurant > Zip codes > Bulk Upload even after receiving a success message.
Rearranging Work Order Cards - Bug Fix (Fixed in 2.2.2.2 point release)
We've resolved an issue where HUB wasn't persisting changes when a user rearranged the cards in the Work Order Detail Screen.
