To set tech exceptions go to Workforce > Technicians > Tech Exception >
Select Technician > Input Date Range > The table will shown the current capacity set for your techs.
The tech exceptions feature is a simple over ride. Just input the desired capacity you wish to be set and that will be the new capacity for those set days. Ex. if you want no calls for the day put a 0. If you want 7 calls for the day put a 7. *Note* The value in the small grey box is a reference to the original set capacity.*
