Customer Database (New)
We are pleased to announce the Customer Database. This Customer Database provides a new way for service organizations manage their customer base, providing access to customer information in one place, accessible via the Customer option on the main navigation menu.
This new feature empowers users by centralizing customer data, enabling them to effortlessly manage, edit, and archive customer profiles. With streamlined accessibility, users can now efficiently create, edit, and locate customer records, enhancing overall workflow efficiency.
Key functionalities of the Customer Database include:
Customer Management: Seamlessly manage customer details such as addresses, key contacts, and customer notes.
Effortless Search Capabilities: Easily locate specific customers through advanced search functionality.

COD Invoice Created and COD Invoice Create Date Columns (New)
For Service Organizations running COD calls, we've added the COD Invoice Created (True/False) and COD Invoice Create Date columns that are available to add to the Work Order List.

Audit Report Will Now Show User Who Made Changes (Improved)
User names will be available within the audit report when changes are made to ZIP code coverage. Additionally, when a user deletes a ZIP code, "Deleted" will no be displayed (previously was displaying "Updated"). User names and the delete operation, however, will not be available for historical changes (made prior to update).
Resolved an Issue with Tech Role Users (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where users having a technician role were not able to see their work orders within HUB.
Resolved COD Work Order Creation Usability Concerns (Fixed)
We resolved the following issues that were slowing some service organizations down in creating COD calls:
Selecting the suggested address will no longer require you to remove the last 4 digits of the ZIP code. Additionally, ServicePower HUB now supports 9 digit ZIP codes.
Adding the consumer's product before creating/selecting the customer will no longer be a problem.
Archived Line Items No Longer Show Up When Searching for Line Item to Add to Work Order (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where archived line items were wrongly showing up in the search box when adding a line item to a work order.
Technicians Can Now Be Assigned to a Group (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where technicians were not able to be assigned to a group.
