Audit Reports Will Now Show User Who Made Changes (Fixed)
User names will be available within the audit report when changes are made to ZIP code coverage as well as the cover entire country functionality.
Resolved Additional Issues with Tech Role Users (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where users having a technician role had to refresh the work orders screen to see their work orders within HUB.
Resolved COD Work Order Creation Usability Concerns (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where users reported that they were not able to click the Done button when creating a new COD call on an iPhone.
Resolved TimeBand Scheduling Issue (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where calls were able to be scheduled outside of the network's allowable timebands.
Resolved an Issue Where All Groups Not Displayed in Edit Area Screen (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where the Edit Area Screen wasn't displaying all associated groups when more than 50 groups are associated with the area.
Added Additional Fields to the Work Order Export (Fixed)
We've added the following additional fields to the work order export: Auth No, Repeat Call, Schedule Date, Cvrg End Date, Work Phone, Cell Phone, Install Date, Contract #, Completed Date, Ownership, Purchased From
Resolved Advance Search Issue (Fixed)
We've resolved an issue within the advance work order search where the model and serial number were failing to bring back the correct results.
Customer Database Issue (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where rejected calls were prompting users to sync the customer.
