Sync'ing Customer Record in HUB (New)
We've heard your feedback about the constant pop-ups asking you to sync the customer records. We've reimagined this feature, adding a subtle information/action panel within the Customer Detail Tile of the Work Order Detail Screen instead of the pop-up.

Diagnostic Tool Wasn't Filtering Properly (Fixed)
We've fixed an issue where the diagnostic tool wasn't displaying the correct results when filtering by the product description.
Fixed Issue Where User Unable to More Than 10 Techs from Group (Fixed)
We've resolved an issue where service organizations were reporting that they were unable to select more than 10 technicians at a time from within the Groups functionality.
Fixed Issue Where Dispatch Offices Weren't Showing Linked Client Network in HUB (Improved)
We've resolved an issue where, in some cases, Dispatch Offices were not displaying the linked clients for client networks in HUB even though they were displayed properly in legacy Dispatch.
Improved the History Labels for Area & Area Coverage (Improved)
We resolved an issue where users having a technician role were not able to see their work orders within HUB.
Resolved Issue Where Zip Codes Weren't Removed After Confirmation Message (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where a user would attempt to remove a zip code and, after receiving a confirmation message, the zip code wasn't being removed.
