ServicePower HUB Release 2.2.7
Release Date: Sept 12th, 2024
Here's a quick summary of the latest updates we've delivered in 2.2.7:
Payment Links Can Now Be Generated Without Adding Email Address or Phone Numbers (Improved)
To improve the usability for individuals utilizing payment links where they are manually entering the card information, we've removed the requirement of servicers needing to add an email address or phone number.
To Eliminate Confusion, We Removed the Unassigned Work Orders section of the Dashboard (Improved)
Because we've received numerous reports that the unassigned work orders section of the Dashboard was causing some confusion, we've removed that feature and will reintroduce it at a later time in a more intuitive manner.
Improved the Functionality for Exporting Zip Codes Associated with Network Coverage (Improved)
We've improved the experience around exporting all of the zip codes associated with a network. Now, under the Zip Codes tab within Coverage→Networks screen, you may download all of the zip codes associated with that network, even when it exceeds 20,000 records which was a previous limitation. You may do this by taking the following steps:
Hover over and clip on the Download icon (see below). This will display the text Loading while the file is being prepared.
When the list is ready to download, you will see a Download button in place of the loading text. Clicking on the Download button will start the download of the export file.
Tax Rates on COD calls are now editable (Improved)
For service organizations running into tax rate inconsistencies in unincorporated areas, you may now manually adjust the tax rates within the Work Order→Line Items card.
Added Ability to Add/Remove Brands and Products from Group Page (Improved)
Improved the ability to add/remove brands/products from the group page.
Resolved an Issue Where Notes Added When Rejecting a Call Was Not Able to be Viewed by Network (Fixed)
We resolved an issue where notes added by servicers when rejecting calls were set to internal and not visible by the network.
