Fund Reports are downloadable exports that help assess how funds are allocated, used, and managed across dealerships.
These reports support finance tracking, claim management, pre-approval workflows, and audit transparency. The same report types are available from both the Dashboard and fund-specific Stats tabs.
Use the:
Dashboard for a cross-fund overview
or
Stats tab for focused reporting by fund and allocation period.
💬 Note: Stats is the default term Sesimi uses for this tab. Depending on your setup this tab may appear as Reports.
How Fund Reports Work
Each report provides structured data aligned with specific operational needs:
Fund Allocation Report
Captures how funds are distributed to each dealership. Includes initial allocations, manual adjustments, and breakdowns by allocation period.
Utility: Used by program managers to monitor fund disbursement, identify gaps, or reconcile dealership budgets.
Fund Usage Report
Summarises how much of the allocated funds have been used and how much remains. Broken down by dealership and initiative.
Utility: Helps track fund consumption and prevent underspend or overspend scenarios.
Claim Submission Report
Lists every claim submitted across one or multiple periods. Includes filters for status, initiative, claim date, and dealership.
Utility: Useful for claim auditors or finance reviewers to check pending and approved items, or assess common claim issues.
Pre-Approval Summary Report
Displays all submitted pre-approvals by initiative, status, and submission date. Matches claims to their pre-approvals where applicable.
Utility: Enables monitoring of planned marketing activities before costs are incurred, supporting risk reduction and proactive fund use.
Payment Processing Report (Client-specific)
Lists all claims that are approved and pending payment. Often integrated with financial systems.
Utility: Supports financial processing workflows by surfacing payment-ready claims for bulk export or ledger integration.
