What Are Whitelisted Dealerships
Whitelisted Dealerships is a feature that allows administrators to automatically approve all claims or pre-approvals submitted under specific initiatives by trusted dealerships. Instead of being linked to individual submission types, whitelist groups are now assigned at the initiative level, simplifying workflow management and ensuring consistent enforcement of auto-approval rules.
What Has Changed 🚀
Previous Process
Whitelist groups were tied directly to submission types (claim or pre-approval).
Whitelisted dealerships had their individual submissions auto-approved within one hour.
Reviewers could still view and take action on whitelisted submissions if needed.
New Process
Whitelist groups are now attached at the initiative level, not at the submission level.
A new Whitelist Group setting is available in the Initiative Settings under Advanced Settings.
Claim and pre-approval pages now display a warning if a submission is under a whitelisted initiative.
Reviewers cannot approve or reject submissions that fall under an active whitelist group. Auto-approval occurs within two hours.
This change ensures greater control and transparency at the campaign level, while reducing manual oversight for trusted dealerships.
How to Use Whitelisted Dealerships
For Admins and Reviewers
Go to the Initiative Settings for any existing or new initiative.
Open the Advanced Settings section.
Use the Whitelist Group field to attach a relevant whitelist group to the initiative.
Click Save.
Once the initiative is live, any submissions (claims or pre-approvals) from whitelisted dealerships under that initiative will be auto-approved within two hours.
💬 Note: A new whitelist group can only be created by an admin and must still be defined by type (claim or pre-approval) before being linked to an initiative.
For Dealers
No changes are required. Dealers submit claims and pre-approvals as usual. If their submission is under an initiative with an attached whitelist group, it will automatically be approved within two hours.
