What Are Whitelisted Dealerships
Whitelisted Dealerships is a feature that allows administrators to approve all claims or pre-approvals from selected dealerships automatically. Once a dealership is whitelisted for a submission type (claim or pre-approval), any new submission from that dealership is auto-approved without needing brand-side manual approval. This feature is ideal for dealerships with a strong compliance history or high submission volume.
What Has Changed 🚀
Previous Process
All claim and pre-approval submissions required manual review and approval by brand teams or administrators.
There was no way to bypass approvals even for trusted or frequently used dealerships.
Time delays often occurred while waiting for manual intervention.
New Process
Specific dealerships can now be added to whitelist groups for claim or pre-approval submission types.
Whitelisted dealership submissions are automatically approved every two hours.
Only users with admin access can create or manage whitelist groups.
This update streamlines workflows by automating approvals for trusted dealerships, reducing admin burden and improving processing time.
How to Use Whitelisted Dealerships
For Admins and Reviewers
Go to the Admin Panel of your brand’s portal.
Select Whitelist Groups from the side menu.
Click Create New Group.
Add one or more dealerships to the group by selecting them from the dropdown.
Click Save to activate the whitelist group.
Once saved, any submissions from these dealerships will be auto-approved every two hours.
💬 Note: A new group can only be created by an admin and must be type-specific.
For Dealers
No changes are required. Dealers submit claims and pre-approvals as usual. If their dealership is whitelisted, their submission will bypass the brand approval step and automatically move to the next stage within an hour.
How Whitelisted Dealerships Works
Dealerships must be explicitly added to a whitelist group by an admin.
Groups are tied to a specific submission type: either claim or pre-approval.
A dealership must be added to both types if auto-approval is desired for both.
Auto-approval occurs every two hours.
Removing a dealership from a whitelist group will return their submissions to the manual approval workflow.
Only users with Admin access can create or edit whitelist groups.
