Asset share settings apply to an Asset/s to protect what happens to them. Hey... it's your brand. Gotta keep it safe, huh?

The following Asset Share levels give users different powers over Assets:

  1. Full Access 🔓

Having Full Access to an asset means you have the ability to share, delete, and download the asset.

Additionally, Users can edit Asset descriptions and set Approvers.

There are a few ways to gain Full Access:

    a) You upload the Asset(s) yourself.

    b) You create the Asset(s) from a Template.

    c) Someone with Full Access shares the Asset(s) with you and gives you Full Access rights.

  2. Edit ⚒️

You are granted Edit access when you’ve had an Asset shared with you. This share setting allows you to download Assets and edit Asset descriptions.

  3. Export 📁

When you are granted Export level access, you’re able to change the format and quality of the Asset that has been shared with you, then download it.

  4. View only 👀

With View only access, you are able to view the Asset that is shared with you.

If you require a higher level of access for an Asset, you need to send a request to a User with Full Access to that Asset.

The table summarises the access level for Assets:
