See it all in a glance… who’s downloading what, who’s creating what, who’s sharing what with who. You name it. Reports has it!

Reports gives you information about how Assets are being used within your team and insights into content performance. When you select Reports from the menu, Sesimi arranges the data and presents it in a dashboard.

Sesimi Reports Dashboard - How to use Reports
  1. The Filter menu gives you the ability to drill down and select the timeline you want to examine from the Asset Type to Asset Format you want to include within your analysis.

  2. The Asset Downloads graph shows how many asset downloads have been made from your Asset Library. The graph represents Derived Assets in column format and Non-Derived Assets as a line.
To change the time period for this graph, select from the drop-down list in the top right-hand corner of the graph.

  3. The Asset Mix Graph shows the proportion of Templates versus Non-Template Assets in your system.

  4. The Asset Download graph shows the proportion of Derived versus Non-Derived Assets that have been downloaded from your Asset Library.

  5. The Downloads by Format graph gives you a breakdown of the different formats of Assets (Video, Images, Audio etc) that have been downloaded from your Asset Library.

  6. The Popular Templates table shows you the top 5 most popular Templates accessed by Users in the platform. It also indicates the number of Derived Assets from these templates.

  7. The Popular Assets table shows you the top 5 most popular Non-Template Assets and indicates the number of views and downloads with these Assets.
Note: All the graphs above can be downloaded by selecting the download icon in the top right hand corner of each graph.

  8. Raw Data from this Reports page can be downloaded as a .csv file to your computer by clicking the Download Raw Data button.
