Make that content fast and get approval fast too!

In Sesimi, some Templates don’t require any approval. However, other Templates may require approval to ensure content is on brand when working with cariable fields.

In this case, an Approver will be assigned to that Template. The User will need to gain approval on the content they’ve created before it is downloaded.

How to request Approval for content

The content creator (shown below as Reilly Anderson) has selected a Template with variable fields.

Reilly modifies the content by switching the image and the logo, and she types in her own headline. As this is a free text field, this Template requires approval.

  1. Reilly clicks Submit for approval. An Approval Request is generated for the created content.

  2. The Approver, Briar Roberts receives an Approval Request via email.
By clicking on the link, she is taken directly to the Approval page for that piece of content.

  3. Briar reviews the content created. At this point, she can either Decline or Approve the creation. In this case, Briar clicks on Approve.

  4. Briar then adds a comment on the work created and clicks Post.

  5. Reilly receives the Approval Request email and clicks on the link back to the system.

  6. Back in the creation page, Reilly sees that her Request has been Approved, and clicks Download to export the content she has created directly to her computer.
