In Sesimi, certain templates require approval to ensure that all content stays on brand, especially when using variable fields. Approvers can be assigned to a template as either individual users or teams, allowing for careful oversight of the content being created.

Once you create an asset from a template, the assigned approver(s) are notified and asked to review the design and content. This feature allows brands to monitor the content generated from templates and decide whether to approve or deny it. Approvers can include brand managers, legal teams, or any other designated role responsible for maintaining brand integrity.

How to Request Content Approval

  1. Create Your Content
After selecting a template, you can customise it by modifying elements like images, logos, and text. If the template includes variable fields, such as free text, it will require approval before the content can be downloaded.

  1. Submit for Approval
Once your content is ready, click Submit for Approval to trigger an approval request for your asset.

  2. Approver Notification
The assigned approver(s) will receive an email notification with a direct link to review your content.

  3. Review and Decision
The approver will review the content and decide whether to Approve or Deny the request, based on the brand’s guidelines and requirements.

  4. Receive Feedback
If approved, the approver may provide comments or feedback on the content. This feedback will be visible to you as part of the approval process.

  5. Download Approved Content
Once the content is approved, you will receive an email notification. You can then log back into Sesimi, check the approval status, and click Download to export your approved content.

This approval process ensures that all assets created from templates align with brand standards, giving your team peace of mind and full control over content before it’s put to use.
