You've placed your marketing, you've claimed for reimbursement... what next?

Here's what the different statuses mean-

  • Pending: Your Claim is currently under review.

  • Declined: Your Claim has been reviewed and is not accepted. You will not be reimbursed for your marketing activity.

  • Document Declined: One/more supporting documents requires updating before resubmission. You will receive the amendments required to resubmit new documents for your Claim.

  • Document Resubmitted: Your updated documents are under review.

  • Approved: Your Claim has been granted. You will be reimbursed for your marketing activity.

  • Cancelled: Your Claim has been cancelled.
