Stay informed about the progress of your claim quickly and easily. Here's a clear guide to what each claim status means:

  1. Pending: Your claim is currently under review.

  2. Declined: Unfortunately, your claim was reviewed and not approved. This means reimbursement for your marketing activity is not possible.

  3. Document Declined: One or more supporting documents need updates before you can resubmit your claim. You'll receive specific instructions to guide you in revising and submitting the required documents.

  4. Document Resubmitted: Your updated documents have been received and are now under review.

  5. Approved: Great news! Your claim has been approved. Reimbursement for your marketing activity is on its way.

  6. Cancelled: Your claim has been cancelled.
