Filtering Assets by Access level allows you to sort the Assets in your library so you can work out which ones you can modify, saving you heaps of time!

If you want to make changes to single or multiple items in your Asset Library, you can only do that for Assets where you have Full access or Edit Share Permissions.

Here's how to apply filtering so you can sort your Assets fast and pinpoint which ones you can modify:

For Assets uploaded by you:

  1. In the list of sidebar filters to the left, click the checkbox next to Created by Me.
This will then display all the Assets that you have uploaded - and by default - they are Assets you have Full Access to.

  2. You can either select a single Asset here or click the Multi-select button and select a group of Assets you want to modify, then select Edit.

  3. You can now apply common Tags, Categories, Data Blocks etc to all your selected items.

    For Assets shared with you:

  4. In the list of sidebar filters to the left, under Shared With Me, select Full access and Edit Share Permissions. This will then display all the Assets that have been shared with you where you have either Full Access or Edit Share Permissions.

  5. You can either select a single Asset here or click the Multi-select button and select the Assets you want to modify, then select Edit.

  6. You can now apply common Tags, Categories, Data Blocks etc to all the selected items.
