The Tray feature in Sesimi is a great tool for creating and managing multiple versions of your content in one place. With the Tray, you can easily save, organise, and download multiple assets, making your content creation process fast and efficient.

How to Start Adding Items to Your Tray

After you’ve customised a piece of content from a template, simply click Add to Tray to save it. Your design will now appear in the Tray, ready for you to add more versions. Experiment with different sizes, images, or text variations—every time you’re happy with a new version, click Add to Tray again to save it alongside your other designs. You’ll see each saved version displayed with a thumbnail in the Tray, allowing you to click and preview them to keep track of your work.

Managing Your Tray: Adding, Clearing, and Exporting

Once you’ve added multiple versions, the Add to Tray button gains extra functionality. Click the arrow next to Add to Tray to access options like Clear Tray, which removes all items saved in the Tray, or Export Tray, which lets you download a file containing all your saved designs. Exporting your Tray is perfect if you want to save these designs for later or share them with someone else.

When you’re ready to work with your designs again, use Import Tray to reload saved versions back into your Tray. Just locate the file you previously exported, and all your saved content will appear again. If you’d like to share these designs with a colleague, you can send them the exported file, which they can then import into their own Tray to view all the versions you created.

Downloading and Saving Options

The Download button in Sesimi gives you several options to export your work:

  • Download Active: Download the specific piece of content you’re working on at that moment.

  • Save Active to Assets: Save the current version directly to your Asset Library.

  • Download Tray: Download everything saved in your Tray, where X represents the number of items.

  • Save Tray to Assets: Save all items in the Tray to your Asset Library for future use.

With the Tray, you have everything you need to build, manage, and export multiple assets seamlessly. It’s the perfect way to create, organise, and collaborate on content within Sesimi!
