Give your Sesimi login page a fresh, personalised look by adding your own background image and logo.

Important: Only Admins can customise the login page.

How to Change the Background Image:

Want to refresh your login page? Follow these simple steps to add your own background image:

  1. Go to Settings:

    • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  2. Navigate to the Account Tab:

    • Select the Account tab to access the customisation options.

  3. Upload a Background Image:

    • Under Login background image, click Upload. A window will appear where you can either upload an image from your computer or a web URL.

    • Image Requirements: To ensure the image fits well and looks sharp, it should be at least 1600x1200 pixels.

  4. Crop the Image (Optional):

    • After selecting your image, you can either crop it to fit or skip this step.

  5. Preview Your Changes:

    • Once uploaded, return to the Settings page and click Preview to see how the new background looks.

  6. See Your New Background in Action:

    • When you log out, the new background will be displayed. It will remain visible when you log back in.

Pro Tips:

  • Avoid changing the background too frequently, as it can disrupt other users.

  • For best results, choose a landscape-oriented image (wider than it is tall) to ensure the login form is easily visible across all screen sizes.

How to Add Your Logo:

Follow these steps to personalise the login panel with your logo:

  1. Upload Your Logo:

    • Under the Login background image section, you’ll see an option for Logo. Click Upload to choose a file from your computer or a web URL.

  2. Crop the Logo (Optional):

    • After uploading, you can crop the logo or skip this step.

  3. Log In to See Your Logo:

    • Log out, then log back in to see your new logo in the login panel.

Pro Tip:

  • For the best appearance, use an .svg format logo in a light colour or white (reversed) to stand out against the darker login panel background.

This simple customisation can give your login page a fresh, branded look in just a few steps!
