Add your own image and logo to the login page for a fresh new look!

Note: Only Admins can customise the login page.

Want to switch things up and add your own image or logo to the login page? It’s easy in Sesimi!

Here’s how to do add your own image to the login page:

  1. Click on your profile icon (top right) and select Settings

  2. Select the Account tab

  3. For Login background image, select Upload. This will open an upload window where you can either upload files from your computer or from a web address.

Note: Images should be at least 1600 (wide) x1200 (high) pixels to fit the background space and be nice and sharp!

  4. Before you upload your new image, you can either:

  5. Crop the image or Skip to the next stage.

  6. Once uploaded you'll return to the Settings page where you can select Preview to see what your new background image looks like!

  7. When you log out, you’ll see the new background in place. And then when you login again, you will see the new image with the login panel.

    Hints:

    a. Take care not to change the background too often as it will disrupt the experience for other users
    .

    b. Try and select an image that is landscape in orientation (width is greater than height) for best results on all screen sizes. Try and select an image that will allow users to see the login form easily.

Here’s how to do add your own logo to the login panel of your login page:

  8. Under Login background image, you will see Logo. Click on Upload. Once again, this will open an upload window where you can either upload your logo file from your computer or from a web address. You can Crop the logo here or Skip to the next stage.

  9. Once you log out, then log back in, you’ll see your new logo in place in the logo panel.

Hint: For best results, use logos saved as .svg format and either Reversed (white) or a light colour to separate from the darker background of the panel.
