This article guides you step by step to book an experience on the Sezame website. It will be useful if you want to understand how to select a date, a time slot, or book for someone else.

How do I book an experience on the website?

All Sezame experiences can be booked or gifted via joinsezame.com. To book:

  1. Go to joinsezame.com and select the desired experience.

  2. Click "Book", select a date and a time slot if times are offered, then click "Continue".

  3. Log in to your account or continue as a guest.

  4. Proceed to payment, by credit card and/or with a gift card.

  5. Once payment is validated, the booking is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent.

How do I select a date and time slot?

The website offers filters to refine your search:

  1. City: from the homepage, click "Around me" in the top left. From the search page, click "France" or the displayed city, then enter the desired city.

  2. Number of people: use the Solo, Duo or Group filters.

  3. Category: Wellness (Spa, Massage, Facial, Hammam, Jacuzzi, Pool, Sauna), Dining (Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Afternoon Tea, Aperitif, Champagne), Events (Tasting, Workshop, Concert).

  4. Date: select the date in the filters to see available experiences.

  5. Budget: set a price range in the filters.

  6. Private: apply the Private filter for privatised offers.

Note: filters work with OR logic. For example, Private + Spa will show both private and non-private results. Make sure to read each offer's description to check the details.

Is it possible to book for someone else?

Yes, you can absolutely book for someone else. Simply complete the booking using your own contact details or those of one of the participants. The person concerned can then enjoy the experience by going directly to the hotel. We recommend sharing all the booking details (date, time, hotel name and name used for the booking) so that everything goes smoothly.

How do I make a booking for two or more people?

Some experiences are offered in Solo, Duo or Group format. The number of people can be selected when booking. If the experience is priced per person, simply adjust the quantity. If it is priced as a duo, the price already includes two people.

The maximum number of people is sometimes specified in the experience description. For example, an experience priced per person may state that it can accommodate between 1 and 4 people.

If the desired number of people exceeds the available options, contact us specifying the name of the experience and the number of participants. We will look into whether it is possible to book that experience for that number of people.

Can I book for the same day?

Yes, for some experiences it is possible to book on the same day. To see experiences available today, use the filters on the website and select today's date. Once your booking is made, we recommend contacting the hotel directly to confirm your arrival as soon as possible. However, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance so that the hotel has properly received your booking.

Do I need to create an account to book?

No, creating an account is not required to book. You can make your booking as a guest. However, an account allows you to easily find your past and upcoming bookings, as well as your gift cards, from your personal space.

Should I book through Sezame or directly with the hotel?

Experiences listed on joinsezame.com must be booked through our platform. Online booking allows you to secure your time slot, benefit from our prices, and use your gift cards or promotional codes. Payment is managed exclusively by Sezame and must never be made on-site.

I can't make the booking myself, can you do it for me?

The Sezame team can make the booking on your behalf. Contact us via the chat providing the following information:

  • The name of the desired experience

  • The date and number of people

  • Your first and last name and phone number

  • The email address to associate with the booking

  • Your payment method (credit card or gift card)

We will create the booking and send you a secure payment link if you are paying by credit card, or guide you through the process if you are using a gift card.
