The time slot I want is not available, what should I do?
If the requested date is more than a month away, the hotel has probably not yet made all its availability online. Hotels generally open their time slots gradually. You can wait and check the website regularly, or contact Sezame so the team can reach out to the hotel to unblock a time slot for you.
If the requested date is soon, the experience is probably full. Slots may become available later. Other similar experiences may also be offered.
Why don't any dates appear when I want to book?
If the dates are not greyed out but no time slot appears: the hotel operates on a booking request basis. You can select a date and submit a request. Only a card pre-authorisation will be taken, and the hotel will contact you to confirm.
If the calendar is entirely greyed out: the experience is full or temporarily unavailable.
The dates are not clickable when I want to book, is this a bug?
Not necessarily. If the calendar is entirely greyed out, the experience is full or unavailable. If dates are displayed but no time slot appears, the hotel operates on a booking request basis. If nothing appears at all and the page seems stuck, try clearing your browser cache, switching browsers or browsing in private mode.
Is it possible to request that new time slots be opened with the hotel?
Yes. Simply send the Sezame team the name of the experience, the desired date and the number of people. The team will contact the hotel and get back to the customer as soon as a response is received. No promises can be made regarding the opening of time slots.
There are fewer spots than the number of people I need, what should I do?
The time slot currently doesn't have enough spots for your request. It is possible to contact the hotel to check if additional spots can be added. The Sezame team will make the request and get back to you. Adding spots depends on the establishment's capacity and cannot be guaranteed.
