This article guides you to reschedule or move an existing booking.
Before you start
Most experiences can be modified up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. Some hotels require 72 hours' notice.
How can I reschedule my booking?
Go to My Bookings or use the link in your confirmation email.
Enter the email address or phone number associated with the booking.
Click "Reschedule".
Choose a new time slot.
A confirmation email will be sent and the hotel will be notified.
If no time slot is offered, the hotel operates on a booking request basis. Contact the hotel directly.
Why is the "Reschedule" button greyed out?
A greyed-out button indicates that the deadline to modify the booking has passed. If the deadline has only just passed, contact the hotel directly.
