Cancellation conditions vary according to each hotel's policy, generally up to 24 or 72 hours before the start of the experience.

How can I cancel my booking?

  1. Go to My Bookings or use the link in your confirmation email.

  2. Enter the email address or phone number associated with the booking.

  3. Proceed with the cancellation.

If cancelled within the deadline:

  • Payment by credit card: refund within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Payment by gift card: card recredited immediately.

Why is the cancellation button greyed out?

A greyed-out button means the cancellation deadline has passed. If the deadline has only just been exceeded, contact the hotel directly.

What are your cancellation conditions?

A confirmed booking can be cancelled free of charge within the deadline indicated on the offer page (generally 24 to 72 hours). If a customer wishes to cancel outside of the deadline, we will do our best to find a solution, but this depends on the establishment's flexibility.
