How can I find my booking?
Go to My Bookings and enter the email address or phone number used when ordering.
If you have not received a confirmation email, check your spam folder. If nothing is there, try with your phone number.
Where can I find my past or upcoming bookings?
You can find all your bookings from your Sezame customer account. Log in to your personal space, then go to the "My Bookings" section.
If you used multiple email addresses or booked as a guest, go to My Bookings and enter your email address or phone number.
