This article helps you if you did not receive a confirmation email after a booking or purchase.

I didn't receive a confirmation email, is this normal?

The confirmation email may be in your spam folder. If nothing is there, try finding your booking via My Bookings. If the email doesn't work, try with your phone number.

If none of these methods work, contact the Sezame team who can find the booking manually.

Why doesn't my booking appear in my customer space?

Possible reasons: the email address used to log in is different from the one used for the purchase, a typo in the email, or the booking was made as a guest.

In all cases, the booking remains accessible via My Bookings.

Can you resend the confirmation email?

We can send you your booking information again. Please provide the email address used at the time of purchase. If this address is not known, the buyer's first and last name along with the approximate purchase date will allow us to find the booking.
