I didn't receive my gift card by email, what should I do?
We invite you to check your spam or junk mail folder, as the confirmation email can sometimes end up there. Please also note that your gift card code is displayed on screen directly after purchase.
If you kept it, you can access your card at any time by visiting https://joinsezame.com/gift-card/ followed by your 12-character code. To obtain the printable version, add /print at the end of the same link. Please note that the gift card amount is not shown on the printable version. It will only appear when the recipient uses the card.
If you can find neither the email nor the code, contact us providing the email address used at the time of purchase. We will find your card and send it to you.
How can I find my gift card on my own?
If you kept the 12-character code displayed on screen right after your purchase, you can access your card straight away.

View the digital version or add /print at the end of the link (joinsezame.com/gift-card/CODE/print) to get the printable version
Can you resend the gift voucher or the printable version?
If you have found your confirmation email or know your 12-character code, you can download or print your gift card yourself.
Enter the following link in your browser, replacing "CODE" with your 12-character code: joinsezame.com/gift-card/CODE/print
Download or print the page that is generated.

My purchase was charged but I didn't receive anything, what is happening?
If the payment was made but no email arrived, we invite you to check your spam folder. It is also possible that an error was made in the email address entered at the time of purchase.
Contact us providing the email address used and the approximate date of purchase. We will find your gift card and send it to you.
