My gift card code is not working, what should I do?
Check:
The code is entered without spaces before or after.
The code is exactly 12 characters (numbers and uppercase letters).
The gift card has not expired.
The card still has a balance.
If the problem persists, contact the Sezame team.
The website tells me my code is not valid, what are the possible causes?
The most common causes are an entry error (check each character one by one), spaces added before or after the code, an expired gift card, or a voucher from another platform (Wonderbox, Smartbox) which is not compatible with Sezame. A frequent mistake is also confusing the letter O with the number 0.
If the code does come from Sezame and the problem persists after these checks, contact us and we will help you.
Where should I enter my gift card code?
At the payment step, you will find the "Add promotion code" button. Click it and enter your 12-character code, making sure not to add any spaces before or after. The amount of your card will be automatically deducted from the total.
