Is it possible to use multiple gift cards on the same booking?
The payment field only accepts one code at a time. It is therefore not possible to enter two gift cards during the same purchase. However, we can merge your cards into one. Send us the codes of your different cards and we will group them onto a single code that you can use for your booking.
Is it possible to split a gift card into multiple codes?
It is not possible to split a gift card into multiple codes on your own. If you wish to give to several people, purchase separate gift cards.
We can however carry out this operation for you. Send us your gift card code, the desired amount for each new card, as well as the information to personalise (names and messages).
How do I proceed if the website does not allow me to enter a second code?
The solution is to have your cards merged into one before booking. Contact us providing the codes of your different gift cards. Once the merge is complete, we will give you the new single code that you can use for your booking.
