Is it possible to add a service or extra to my experience?
Yes. For some experiences, you can personalise your moment with exclusive options. Below the experience description, a "Make your moment unique" section offers options to add at the time of booking.
If no option matches what you are looking for, contact us specifying the name of the experience and the additional service desired (spa privatisation, extra massage, glass of champagne, bouquet of flowers…). We will contact the hotel to check the possibilities and get back to you with a tailored proposal, along with a secure payment link if necessary.
How do I add an option (champagne, bouquet of flowers…)?
If the option is available on the experience page, select it when booking. You can do this after clicking "Book" and choosing your date, the available options will appear. Otherwise, contact us with your email, the name of the experience and the desired option. A payment link will be sent if possible.
Can I skip part of the experience and replace it with something else?
This depends on the experience and the hotel. We can contact the establishment to check if an adjustment is possible. Please specify the name of the experience and the desired modification (for example: replacing afternoon tea with an aperitif). This process does not guarantee a positive response, as it depends on the establishment's flexibility.
Can I add options after my booking is confirmed?
Yes, absolutely. Contact us via the chat indicating your booking email and the desired options. We will check with the hotel. If possible, a secure payment link will be sent to you. Even if some offers don't show options on their page, it is often possible to personalise your experience.
