I can't log in to my customer space, what can I do?
You can access your bookings without needing to log in to your account. Go to My Bookings and enter your email address or phone number.
If you wish to access your customer space, try resetting your password by clicking "Forgot password" on the login page. If the problem persists, contact us via the chat.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter the email address linked to your account. You will receive a reset email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder. If the problem persists, contact us via the chat.
How do I create a Sezame account?
Go to our website and click the "Account" icon in the top right, then select "Sign up". Fill in the required information. Your account allows you to easily access all your bookings and gift cards.
What is the customer account for?
Your customer account allows you to centralise and easily manage all your experiences. From your personal space, you can view your upcoming and past bookings, access your gift cards and save time on your future bookings.
I entered the wrong email address on my account
To find your booking and send you the information to the correct address, please specify the old email address with the error, the booking date and the name of the experience booked.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, contact us via the chat specifying the associated email address. We will process your request as soon as possible.
I want to unsubscribe from the newsletter
An unsubscribe link is available at the bottom of every email we send. Click "Unsubscribe". If the link doesn't work, contact us specifying the relevant email address.
How do I update the information linked to my customer account?
To update your personal information (first name, last name, phone number), go to the "My Information" section of your customer account. You can make these changes directly.
