This article helps you if you wish to use a voucher from another platform or a employee benefits voucher.

Using a Wonderbox voucher on Sezame?

We want to help you enjoy your Sezame experience with your Wonderbox.

Here are the steps:

  1. You received a box containing a 12-digit number and a 3-digit security code.

  2. Go to Wonderbox to register your box.

  3. If it's your first login, you will receive an email to create your Wonderbox space.

  4. Your Sezame gift code will appear in your online Wonderbox space.

  5. Choose your experience on joinsezame.com and click Book.

  6. At the payment step, click "Add promotion code" and enter your Sezame code.

I received a voucher from my employee benefits voucher, how do I use it?

If your voucher is a Sezame gift card, you can use it directly by clicking "Add promotion code" at the time of payment when booking on joinsezame.com and entering the code.

If it is a voucher from another platform (Wonderbox, Smartbox, Edenred, Swile…), it is not compatible with our website. We invite you to contact the voucher issuer to find out how to use it.

Does Sezame accept external gift boxes?

No. Only the following are accepted:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Sezame gift card

My voucher is from another platform (Virgin Experience Days, Into The Blue, Buyagift…)

Vouchers from third-party platforms such as Virgin Experience Days, Into The Blue, Buyagift or similar are not compatible with Sezame. These vouchers are linked to a specific experience at a specific venue and must be redeemed directly through the issuer.

Please contact the customer service of the relevant platform for any questions regarding the use of your voucher.
