Diary Checklist
If you've completed a form from your Daily, Weekly or Monthly Diary Checklist then you can easily click on the form to view it or go back in time to find a form from the past. You can also find these completed forms in the Saved Forms page.
Saved Forms
If you've completed an Ad Hoc form or saved one as a draft, you will find these in the Saved Forms page.
Log in to the Mobile App
Open the Menu.
Click Saved Forms.
You can filter by date range or by form type to find your form.
Here you can view or edit your form.
View Only My Forms
To make viewing easier, you can filter Saved Forms to only show the completed forms. This only works if you are logged on as your user, if you are using a generic Tablet User this won't work.
Log in to your Mobile App
Go to Saved Forms
Click on the Menu Bar - Three lines in the top right corner
Click Only My Forms
Note: Some forms have restricted access such as staff sickness forms. You will need to enter your PIN to access these
Mobile Dashboard
You can view a mini Dashboard from your Mobile App or Tablet. This will give you a snapshot into:
Daily Forms Completion Rate for the past Week
Manual Temperature Graphs
Dashboard Bucket updates e.g. New Staff, Inductions, Deliveries etc
You can access the Mobile Dashboard by:
Open the Mobile App
Click the three lines in the top left corner
Go to Dashboard
If you would like more insight, you can login to the Admin Console (Computer login) to view your Reports or Dashboard.
