If you are unable to pass KYC upon passing both stages of our 2-Step Evaluation or after completing our Rapid Challenge you will not be able to receive your Funded Account details and you will receive a refund for your challenge.

If you were part of our Instant Funding Program you will not be able to receive any payouts and your payment will also be refunded.

This full refund, only applies to one Evaluation, Challenge or Instant Funding Account. We are unable to refund multiple accounts and/or previous accounts. It should be noted that there is a 15% fee withheld from refunds due to failing KYC. This to cover merchant and banking charges.
