Once you achieve all requirements to pass Phase 1 and you have closed all active trades your account will be set to read only mode and we are automatically notified that you have completed your trading goals.

At this stage our risk team will do a review of your account/performance and unlock Phase 2 for you. You will then receive an email with the password to your new account and see the new account on your SFX Dashboard.

This process can take up to 48 business hours.

Please only contact us for any queries related to the access to your Phase 2 account if it has been more than 48 business hours since you completed Phase 1.
