Account Violations (Hard Breach)

Violation of these rules results in immediate account closure.

1. Daily Loss Limit — 3%

How is it calculated?

  • At 9:00 PM UTC, we take the higher value between your Account Balance or Account Equity

  • Subtract 3% of that value to set your Daily Loss Threshold for the next trading day

Example

  • Account Balance: $120,000

  • Account Equity: $121,000 (Higher)

  • 3% of $121,000 = $3,630

  • $121,000 - $3,630 = $117,370

📌 Your equity must stay above $117,370 for that day

2. Maximum Overall Loss — 4% (Trailing)

The maximum overall loss is 4% of your highest recorded account value, making it a trailing drawdown. This means your protection level increases as your account value grows, and it always remains 4% below your highest value achieved.

How is it calculated?

The limit is calculated based on your highest account value. When your account value increases, the limit automatically moves up to match the new high, staying exactly 6% below your peak value.

If your account value later decreases, the limit remains fixed — it never drops once set.

Example:

  • Initial Account Size: $100,000

  • 4% of $100,000 = $4,000

  • Account grows to $103,000

  • Trailing floor: $103,000 - $4,000 = $99,000

📌 Your equity must never drop below $99,000. As your account reaches new highs, this floor continues to trail upward.
